Mattias Norrman (October Tide, ex Katatonia), insieme a Alexander Högbom (October Tide, Spasmodic) e Samuel Karlstrand (Paranorm, Wretched Fate) ha fondato il progetto Kryptan, il cui EP di debutto omonimo uscirà in estate. La formazione ha firmato per Debemur Morti Productions e propone un black metal grezzo e influenzato dal sound tipico svedese.
